      Pros

      It's a more self-paced place to work minimum wage. Tutoring elementary-high school-aged students on Kumon standard work with easy access to gradebooks when grading homework.

      Cons

      The center is not open often, so the hours per week are very low.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
