Pros
IAG has a great culture, really innovative, and supportive of family life. It's a lovely place to work, very inclusive and willing to adapt to work with you.
Cons
Not great for career development, succession planning or moving people into new roles for them to grow into. While there is some corporate training and upskilling available, there is not a good channel of planning for people to move into new roles, either via secondment or growth opportunities.
