Horrendous pay. Idemia's direct competitors in the industry hire its employees at twice sometimes thrice the salary. Never believe a word of what they tell you about your pay being increased, unless you get it in writing. I know a lot of people who let good opportunities go because they trusted their managers and were made a fool out of.
While on the subject of pay, do not expect decent appraisals as well. Those are reserved for the upper management.
The level of micro management is crazy. They spend more time asking you what you're doing and telling you how you should do it, instead of actually letting you do the work.
Most leads don't even properly understand the technologies their teams are working on, so don't expect a lot of help. Having said that, there are some talented ones as well. Its a game of chance, in whose team you'll land.
There was a critical lack of projects in Noida office, at least when I left. I don't know about now.
And lastly, forget work life balance is a thing.
