-Expect a redundancy, restructure, project realignment every 2 years -Services -Terrible people & culture team has no regard for employees as they roll out these restructures, they turn out to be unsuccessful and require another restructure in less than 2 years -Senior leadership is lost - they bring in new people with new vision who implement restructures not forward looking -Top heavy structure with less staff to do work hence no work life balance -Only way to go up is who you know -Prediction is there will be a lot more hiring and cost blowouts on salary once they realise the current services structure cannot work especially due to the top-heavy nature of it -P&C should investigate the type of hiring that takes place post restructures where new CFO's CTO's implement new structures and then bring in former mates, this then ensuring a change in culture where Deakin staff lose out on meritocracy, and it becomes a case of who you know
