Pros
I had an incredible manager and lovely supportive colleagues. As a workplace, there was a strong emphasis on flexible working and generous remuneration.
Cons
There wasn't much emphasis on workplace culture from a management perspective - it was the responsibility of teams/individuals to create this. I was lucky to be in a social team, but it meant I didn't really get to know any of my colleagues outside my direct team.
