Revolving door of poorly thought out org change - Rather Not Say. Deakin University Employee Review

Instead of addressing basics like services, processes, and poor leadership, Deakin’s current leaderships solution to every problem is to restructure. Instead of working with staff that have 90% of what is needed they would rather lose knowledge and expertise, pay out redundancies and start from scratch. I feel sorry if students paying though the nose for their degree when there is such waste. The leadership team display all the undesirable traits of favouritism, lack of empathy, lack of true accountability and there is a boys club mentality in some areas of the organisation.
