Very flexible with amazing colleagues and managerial support. It also is very rewarding to work with students from under represented schools.
Cons
The shifts often require travel to regional areas, so you need to wake up early (around 6-7 a.m.). However, you are also paid for your travel time, so that really offsets the inconvenience.
