      Really good culture, depending on the area/team you work in Good salary, with a yearly bonus if you are competent in your role Flexible work arrangements if you have kids, or need time flexibility for medical issues Good progression within the University

      Not much progression within the team. You will need to look outside of you team for opportunities. Often this is a slow process upwards.

      Great people working in all departments and all levels of the university. Access to excellent facilities and services.

      Cons

      Staff retention, especially in support roles, needs to be better. Navigating university procedures and digitial infrastructure can be frustrating and time consuming.
