Everything the preach in their onboarding process is a lie and the culture is awful. First time in my career that I've dreaded coming into work (myself and co-workers). Don't care about developers only sales people. Flexible hours only between 9 and 5... Constantly working overtime till 3/4am. Honestly it's like a sweatshop And full of micromanagement
