- Culture within teams is great - Lots of friendly people ready to help - Decent pay and remote working flexibility - Modern interesting tech stack
Cons
- Lack of direction for products, teams often building features with no clear demand from users - Trying to build huge scalability, and signing up for enterprise software with no actual users to fund it - Cancelled contracts and two rounds of rushed redundancies in 2022 - Exec team sees employees as expendable with the first lever being pulled when times are tough is redundancies - Compono Hire and Engage doesn't have a clear path forward to profitability, with the certified skills (govt driver licensing) keeping the business afloat
