Too many roles to play. You are expected to play security, loss prevention, cashier, stocker, manager and yet you only get paid the minimum wage. The amount of work they are expecting of you is way more than what they think you're worth monetarily. Not to mention working late as a woman, with no security provided is a bit scary. There is only ever one person in the store at a time so it's hard to be in multiple places at once and shoplifting is an everyday occurrence.
