Pros
There is great diversity within each warehouse and department. They are understanding and supportive of my disabilities and i always know there is someone to help out and there is a lot of respect between all staff. It's a great upbeat and laid back enviroment, in free to be myself and work more productively. I love that we get good discounts, can earn recognition award pins and there is soo much extra training you can do for free to expand your knowledge and skill set throughout the whole warehouse. There is a massive great employee assistance program as well. There is also great security in your position and the chance for career growth. Bunnings is the best company I've ever worked for.
Cons
Can be on your feet all day, lifting and moving heavy products which can be tiring. Early starts are hard and sometimes will do late finishes and longer shifts
