Pros
I worked at BI for 4 years. Although incredibly hard work the building facilitates growth. There was never a ceiling on what was achievable and the feedback is there for those who seek it. Its an agency for those who want to take their career to the next level - not sit back and coast.
Cons
As I said the feedback is there if you look for it - could probably improve by more regular lines of coms between the group.
