Very bureaucratic and toxic at the Brisbane office, people from Brisbane office are very xenophobic and they will not tell you anything, also they will find someone to blame or take the responsibility and steal your credit. High-rank management loves to imply rules and link them with your bonus and contract. Some departments/teams are absolutely toxic, unfriendly and scum. They have zero respect to people outside of their team and they LOVES to kiss arses and report anything to higher management.
