Your direct manager will do everything in their power to hurt your career development and sow team distrust just to cause chaos out of boredom. No flexible working environment. Bums on seat culture, don’t be fooled by the job ads, flexible working is only for the senior leadership to rub in your face. Siloed teams. Each team is their individual managers castle, no chance of secondments and no support for other teams. Micromanagement. This is for all teams. Self explanatory Zero growth. There is no drive or hunger for improvement here everyone is sitting down waiting to retire or be made redundant Minimal pay.
