Theres not a lot of say it use to be a great place to work at especially during the 'me bank' days
Cons
- no sense of company direction -just trying to follow the bigger bankers, currently working alongside offshore team members - who lack proper training and culture - technology - old and slow systems -After multiple restructures the company is currently layered with people leaders who have hired their 'friends'
