Franchising banks to entrepreneurs (salesmen) who don't have any legal risk is asking for an ass-backwards company! Salaries are low save for high level sales and execs.
Its a regional bank that has a catchy marketing scheme that is trying to play with the big banks but isn't investing in infrastructure or people.
May be a good springboard for those entering the industry with little experience who are looking for an opportunity to break into the business.
