Working at BGIS as a Technical Support Specialist has been a great experience.Ive been with the company around 7 years. The team is supportive, management values hard work, and there are strong opportunities to learn and grow professionally. It’s a fast-paced environment that keeps every day interesting while allowing you to build valuable technical skills.

More overtime sometimes, but other than that none.

BGIS has been a really great place for me, especially since I was starting out in a totally new environment. Now that I’ve hit my first year, I can honestly say the team has been super supportive. They value teamwork, they encourage you to grow, and they’ve really helped me bring out what I can offer. Overall, it’s been a great experience and a solid place to build my career.

I think it would support employee retention if the company introduced annual bonuses to recognize and reward well‑deserving employees.
