Pros

Flexible working arrangements Team members were great

Cons

I was actually bullied quite openly by a senior manager and nobody ever did a thing to stop it. Including my own managers. I was also forced into a role that I didn't want to perform for nearly a year and never remunerated for the additional work or stress that I was forced to take on. I spent a lot of time in proximity to senior management, and it was such an old boys club of pervy old men thinking they were big shots.

Pros

Working at BGIS as a Technical Support Specialist has been a great experience.Ive been with the company around 7 years. The team is supportive, management values hard work, and there are strong opportunities to learn and grow professionally. It’s a fast-paced environment that keeps every day interesting while allowing you to build valuable technical skills.

Cons

More overtime sometimes, but other than that none.

Pros

BGIS has been a really great place for me, especially since I was starting out in a totally new environment. From day one, everything felt fair - my manager looked at my actual qualifications, and I never felt judged or discriminated against during the hiring process or my first few weeks. Now that I’ve hit my first year, I can honestly say the team has been super supportive. They value teamwork, they encourage you to grow, and they’ve really helped me bring out what I can offer. It’s a good feeling when you know your team has your back. And the work‑life balance? Huge plus. Working from home has made things so much easier and more flexible. Overall, it’s been a great experience and a solid place to build my career.

Cons

I think it would support employee retention if the company introduced annual bonuses to recognize and reward well‑deserving employees.
