I had fantastic development opportunities as a junior employee at the company. The culture is great, and I enjoyed learning the ropes in a well-structured environment.
Cons
It's a very large organisation and it can be difficult to make significant changes, or launch particular initiatives if you're trying to effect bottom-up change.
