Culture was laid back, upper management was friendly and supportive. Benefits were very good such as generous PTO for new employees, health benefit options were reasonably priced and coverage is above average. Engagement with employees through appreciation snacks/meals and all sorts of creative activities. Compared to many other companies the work is easy and you typically have everything you need to perform the job.
