Pros
Management very in tune with employees. Company is one of the best in making sure employees have life balance. Training is ongoing as needed and coworkers are so helpful. Longevity in positions for most employees is outstanding. Most positions are remote.
Cons
Work is very stressful due to handling catastrophic claims regarding homes. Homeowners are in need of a great deal of patience and empathy due to claims filed on property damage. Company goals as far as productivity are extremely hard to meet, especially when employees are new.
