They pay fairly well for their industry

Aristocrat used to be a good company but they've always had a stupid obsession with DEI; openly boasting about it at All Hands meetings. They'll tell you they value their employees but this true only to a point and then they don't. They are completely indifferent to the impact of driving out highly skilled and experienced employees instead of trying to retain knowledge that could benefit other orgs in the business. They used to be a good, employee focused company but they haven't been that in awhile
