Pros

They allow a lot of work to be remote and won't bug you as long as you are getting your work done. Different jobs/sites each day break up the monotony. Opportunity to travel if you want to.

Cons

Its definitely a "who you know" company for promotions. If you aren't in the club, dont expect to get far no matter how hard you work or years you put in. Pay raises were VERY minimal considering this is a billion dollar company and field service is their front line employee for customers. Starting pay is on par with some fast food restaurants.

Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

Cons

Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
