      A lot of PTO. Love the option to buy PTO. Work from home.

      Cons

      Favoritism, low pay. Have to work the time you have scheduled off in advance or after because otherwise you'll be too behind. Work load is large.

      Pros

      Local office had great support from my EA and coworker.

      Cons

      Systems constantly changing, poor IT support, state regulations constantly changing. No benefits in local offices and our rates are too high to compete.
