      None, lots of calls for little money

      Cons

      Phone calls all day for hardly any benefits. Have to pay own health care. And downgraded to independent insurance company’s.

      Pros

      Local office had great support from my EA and coworker.

      Cons

      Systems constantly changing, poor IT support, state regulations constantly changing. No benefits in local offices and our rates are too high to compete.
