-Engaging work -Reasonable remuneration for entry-level position -Relaxed KPIs, although KPIs still present -Plenty of optional overtime available -Great team culture

Cons

-Non-Stop workload in mentally demanding role -Steep learning curve while being near-immediately placed on calls -Outsourced IT department wouldn't know how to turn on a laptop, let alone keep the business functioning, Frequent business halting outages -Management often quotes easy career progression, however, I applied for 4 promotions and never progressed despite performing well on KPIs and QA reviews

Pros

Great people, great office, hybrid work model.

Cons

Office can feel empty on the in-office days mostly because the building is so massive and there just aren't enough people there to make it feel right.
