Pros

Excellent salary, very competitive, level of autonomy afforded at most job levels. The crews are a pretty good bunch with a very small percentage of difficult types.

Cons

The autonomy only exists due to non existent organisation. This company really overly complicates the not overly complicated. Most days are just pandemonium and chaos on the floor while the "abs" group develops another checklist no one can ever live up to meanwhile saying hmm how come we're not at target state, we need another problem solving a3. It's hilarious and amongst other reasons a main contributor on my leaving.

Pros

Ability to work 100% remote.

Cons

ITAS OTC Manager has no clue how to manage, encourage development, or plan growth. He was too busy trying to keep his skills up and not actually cultivate newcomers and manage well. I felt alone and not supported by my manager. The environment is not great for newcomers to the company. The team supposedly has so much work, but was able to lay me off after returning to work from health event. Complete and utter joke. They do not honor their core values. Beware of this place.
