Learn a lot but up to a point your learning becomes stagnant. Benefits are okay. Travelling allowance, OT pay, outpatient unlimited
Cons
Promotions are limited. Bonus are up to 1.5x months. TONS of office politics. Depending on team, some of the seniors have a know-it-all character which is very un-welcoming,
