Pros

Select few genuine people who don't suck up to management or in the boys club Free fruit and breakfast Option to get paid or time in lieu for overtime

Cons

Where do I even start.... - Misleading job descriptions when hiring...in fact they don't even know the type of candidate they want! This resulted in very high PM turnover - Boys club endorsed and participation by senior management - anyone who doesn't join lunchtime sports, or not stay back overtime to 'get work done for a client' is treated like second class citizen - The people managers there tend to come from a technical background which make them great tech leads but appalling people managers. They are VERY different skillsets - LISTEN to your staff!!! - High PM turnover - overworked, jack of all trades, expected to do everything, very little support, get pushed around a lot. Seems like engineers are dropping like flies recently too based on other reviews - Professionalism - externally very little, treat clients with very little respect resulting in clients running away from them. Internally this is worse, condescending criticism is packaged as 'constructive feedback'...which comes back to poor people managers and mid to senior leaders. - Fake culture and values - face value it is bright and shiny, but inside they are all rotten to the core.
