      Long breaks, late start times

      Management at the time was not good, wasn’t flexible in anyway, had a no phone policy like we were in high school. Made it seem like we were in a class rather than a collaborative environment.

      Pros

      Easy Signs has a great team environment and it the work is never boring! Everyone is quite welcoming and there are heaps of team perks such as monthly lunches.

      Cons

      Like any business it can get busy sometimes but this can usually be taken in stride.
