      Pros

      - Discounts on supplements monthly - Free supplements in the kitchen - Nice office space

      Cons

      - Poor management, with unrealistic deadlines and followed by passive aggressiveness - One of the worst employee retention rates I’ve seen at a workplace. - Have seen people being let go overnight, without further notice. - Clear preferential treatment for those who brown nose the CEO and upper management. - Average pay is much lower than industry standard. - HR team are a bunch of robots - No proper career progression in place - CEO is a hard worker, but he has some serious issues he needs to sort out. This bleeds into what management looks like.

      There are a few hidden gems in the company, they are too good for that place.

      Revolving Door of employees (Saw 35 people leave while working there) Boys Club ie. Sexist remarks to females (Google some to their head management and enjoy) Highschool vibe politics Refusing to payout past employees Management ignores you or your issues unless you make them money directly

      * Toxic work culture ( a lot of unpaid working after hours ) * Lots of gossiping * Very cliquey * Lack of career progression (zero defined career pathways) * Full of yes men and a boys club
