      Wfh, amazing work colleagues and culture

      Cons

      Heavily under resourced in some departments. Incompetence from some individuals who can't even operate daily tasks is astounding. Domain sold out so really the change has significantly affected morale and the sentiment what used to be a great company, which is now a shell of itself. Career progression is very stagnant expect to undertake further responsibility without compensation. Way below average salary.
