Plain speaking management "no bulls**t" policy/core value actually respected Wide variety of hard problems to work on, and the time to work on them Smart and engaged team members Business outcomes prioritised over "nice to haves" Generally able to quickly buy anything you need to do your job (software, hardware etc). Salary paid on time; often shifted earlier around public holidays etc. DC pays for your coffee at most nearby coffee shops Office regularly stocked with various groceries (snacks/fruit/tea etc) Sonos sound system in the office

Education and training supported, but largely self driven Office facilities need updating (e.g. kitchen is clean, but rundown/old). Sonos sound system in the office playing top 100 hottest hits...
