Nice office, free breakfast, discount on delivery, innovative

Cons

Culture was poor. Leaders are very controlling even though they say they want autonomy. See people as things, code rather than humans. High turnover of staff. Was hired on a 3 day a week contract only to be told on my first day by the VP that some miscommunication had happened and she wanted me in 5 days a week.

Top-down decision-making and limited appetite to listen to employee feedback. Since DoorDash purchased the company there is also very little psychological safety present to voice concerns. Huge focus on "tokenmaxxing". In addition, new AI tooling for performance reviews contains bias but management have dismissed concerns about this.
