      This feedback is only for those in non-technical roles. No comments for those considering an engineering or technical career at Datacom in North Ryde. Salary levels if negotiated well could be good. Colleagues are supportive as they too are victim of the same culture.

      - No career planning - Local management/leadership is myopic - no transparency, no support, unrealistic pressure - Outdated systems - HR is non-existent - Hire and fire culture - Very bad location - North Ryde - Crazy working - late nights / weekend

      If you don't mind to float with wind, "great" place to be, till is still operating.

      Cons

      Lack of purpose driven culture. Most people live for themself and are resigned to their fate or about to leave. Dog eats dog mentality.
