Pros

Some of the people are normal, lovely support staff

Cons

Very stingy with salaries. Some strange cats in the partnership, the vibe is that most practitioners have kids and the firm culture is dead. Firm is getting increasingly frugal and employees are dropping like flies. Last year, xmas party was held in the office (yes, basically a lock in party). The year before when all the other firms were dishing out generous pay rises or free leave - instead of handing out bonuses like a normal firm, we were sent a small (not even large) bag of party mix lollies and a $10 Guzman&Gomez voucher (can't even purchase a whole burrito with $10 at G&G these days)

Pros

Absolutely nothing positive about this firm as an employer

Cons

No leadership, professional and support staff are severely under-resourced, felt like a sinking ship with people departing on a weekly basis
