Pros

Great people, strong mission and purpose

Cons

Lacks a cohesive strategy, Udemy + Coursera merger is a mess (no strategy, treatment of people is poor), communication is lacking, little career advancement.

Pros

- Decent place to work if you're lucky enough to be on any of the nicer teams.

Cons

- Couple ex-Amazonians wanting to act like this is Amazon - But remember, a Goose is male, and a Gander is female - Figure out why the statement - "what's good for the goose, is good for the gander" - isn't necessarily always true. - Reorgs too often with quiet covert layoffs. - People blowing their horns tend to get further than most who don't care much about stuff like that.
