      Great culture and understanding managers, but pay could improve

      Pros

      One of the best companies to work, I left an year back and I still miss CV, the culture was amazing, managers were understanding and teammates were kind and good.

      Cons

      salary increments might be less, but if you are getting good work life balance and have enough time to live live I think its worth it, you are able to give your 100% at work and post work you can relax, its a win win
