Not very stable. There was a lot of restructuring and redundancies during my time there. In my department there were people who resigned without having another job lined up. It was sad to see many good people leave.

Poor management. Many managers are incompetent but were promoted because they stay there long enough. Pay level is lower than the market average. Executive level pretend they care about people, but they don't really care.
