Toxic work environment where we are required to work overtime to meet project deadlines but are not compensated fairly. Bonuses are not always paid out even for stellar performance.

Micromanaging eg the team leader standing outside the clean room door arms crossed after breaks to see who was coming in late and report back to the manufacture ring manger , poor organisation skills from the management and team leaders eg not giving people training parts and acting like it’s your fault for not picking up fast enough people where not nice especially in the clean room, people were rude and liked to report on every little thing you did eg if you talked too much during the shift. Hard to move up unless you know someone, some mangers and team leaders call you out in front of everyone during meetings
