Pros

Discount. Some times you get nice food.

Cons

Managers love making drama between colleagues. Extremely toxic environment. If you don’t speak fluent mandarin/cantonese you will be scrutinised.

Bad company culture

Pros

- internationally recognised brand - fantastic training and on-going training - store manager is fantastic - great staff discount

Cons

- only work here if you would like a temporary job - company culture is terrible - bad salary package - hard to reach retail incentive - lack of career advancement - take advantage of you - very high school drama like- be very careful on who you talk to and step your toes with - long working hours with no empathy to work life balance - uncomfortable work uniform and shoes

The workers i worked with were great and bring life to work.

Cons

Bad management, turn over rate of staff leaving really high so says a lot about their management. No work life balance have to beg to take days off to go on holidays.
