Pros

Easy. If you find a spot that works for you, you can get really comfortable. My site has been peaceful 99% of the time. There's always new opportunities showing up if you need a change.

Cons

You could get stuck with less desirable positions or schedules. Dealing with management can be a bad experience. It took weeks between my original interview and training before I could pick up my uniform and actually start working on site.

Pros

To be honest, I can't think of any pros since i've worked for allied universal.

Cons

After fifteen years of physical security experience, I can tell this company is the worst I ever worked for every time I complain to the higher management.I will get in trouble not the people I complain about.

Pros

Easy interview and job duties

Cons

Bad stability, clients can terminate job site contracts, having to adjust schedule constantly. One mistake at work and you get written up.
