Pros

- As a Malaysian this is your only passport into the entertainment industry. - Good EPF (Employer) contribution - Not bad for wellness benefits.

Cons

- Overglorifying higher ups as if they did a madness for the company. - Putting people on a padestal - Micromanaging - Still worried about the glory days of paid TV

Pros

Working in Astro gives great exposure to large-scale productions and creative projects. The environment is fast-paced, so there’s always something new to learn, especially for people in multimedia and content-related roles. You also get to collaborate with talented teams across different departments and build strong industry experience.

Cons

The workload can sometimes be overwhelming, especially during major campaigns or events with tight deadlines. Work-life balance may not always be ideal due to last-minute changes and long working hours. Internal processes can also feel a bit slow or unstructured depending on the team.
