Theres is nothing good coming from here, everyone left.

Do not work here, tge agency owner is insane she will dock your salary if you dont produce after 3 weeks, she will stress you to the max and her nrrvous twitch if you cjhalkenge her, shes NOT a people person.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate (Lincolnshire, IL) in May 2016

Interview

Was pleasant low key, asked availability and experience. The agent appeared as if the right person to work for, unfortunately that is not the case. You will be asked about your previous employers and your experiences and of course why you're leaving. The agent will also, discuss salary and ask if you ever worked on a draw.

Question 1

Can I work 1 Saturday per month, not every Saturday, are you hard working, be on time, Have you ever worked on commission only or on a draw salary. This is the key words to look for, unfortunately I didn't notice that was the red flags.
