Having worked for X company, you understand that the targets we have here is in the millions. I have to make an apple-to-apple comparison, and don't see how you can contribute to this team.
Question was something like, please only give short answers "How are you going to impact customer service" The other Q was how are you going to impact the team. I got the impression they wanted a one sentence answer.
It was more like a conversation; it seemed very casual, They asked about my previous experience in natural foods co-op retail and seemed very excited about that as the person they were trying to replace came from a big box retailer and had no natural foods or co-op background or knowledge. But in particular they asked me about my leadership style and how I communicate with direct reports and how I delegate and prioritize tasks in a fast-past environment.
