What prior experience I had with large enterprise agreements such as any experience with Microsoft Licensing.

Very warm, cordial and good environment. I had 4 interviews 1- HR screening, regular. HR questions like my current role, experience, etc. 2- hiring manager screening- again lovely interview - walk me through your CV, tell me about yourself, and at the end he said he’s really impressed and will move to next round. 3- with a supply chain director - questions around working without tools, working in ambiguity, very nice ! 4- interview with director of engineering- asked me very technical questions around generator, sourcing principles etc. again a very good interview. 5- one to one with hiring manager at Msft office - very helpful gave me feedback why they wouldn’t hire me for the director role, but see me as a talent and fit for a role one level below director and he will work with me to create a development plan so that in 18 months I’m promoted to director.
How would you manage critical 3rd party service provider relationships?
None nothing hard at all. Pretty normal questions from all staff members
