Wenn morgen eine Schlagzeile über Sie in den News steht, worüber wäre es?
It was smooth and easy. One assessment, and then two interview. this job focuses on excel, so understandably the technical questions focused a lot on it, and their expectations are also high, which again is understandbale for the position.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Zurich Insurance (London, England) in Jan 2020

General competency questions, often the same across many different companies. No technical questions or those relating to the role (other than why this company and the role, etc).
Practice makes perfect, best to prepare these competencies questions, some examples of what you can prepare are:
When did you work well in a team?
Led a team?
Conflict in workplace and how you overcame it?
Maintain good working relationships?
When you had to make a big/controversial/difficult decision?
Different leadership styles?
A time of adversity and how you overcame it?
Encountered a Challenge in the workplace and how you overcame it, etc...
