What would you do if you had to deal with an angry customer?
Online interview and then face to face interview where they gave some scenarios and asked about what I would do in that, also asked about my experience and availability. I didn't get the job though, I believe I said I could lift only 5kg which was stupid
After applying online and finishing an online aptitude tests, then if a vacancy becomes available, a one on one interview in person in store with relevant department manager and sometimes the store manager.
