First Round HireVue containing brain games and HR like screening. This interview didn’t involve human interaction or videoing, just a questionnaire about yourself. It was hard to tell what they were looking for.
The process was simple and spanned a couple weeks. Obviously prepare and make sure you can answer questions with out making it sound like you have a script in front of you. Overall it was about what I expected and nothing was out of the ordinary.
