Application process took a very long time. Once completed, waited a very long time for interview. Interview was a panel, fairly straightforward. The process does favor certain people, as veterans will do receive hire grading and preferred hiring status. The panel questions were fairly easy, seemed more personality based

Great interview and very casual. The man was very personable and nice to talk to. Internship unfortunately never worked out due to government hiring freeze. However I recommend to anyone who is interested.

Interview panel made up of hiring supervisor, usually the section supervisor, and maybe 1-2 other individuals with experience and/or expertise in the field you are applying for. ie. Civil CAD subject matter expert and CAD/BIM manager.
